Q1. Free products sounds too good to be true. What’s the catch?
There is no catch. The only thing we ask in return for sending free products is your honest opinion. We want you to tell us what you think; good, bad or indifferent. It's completely free to join.
Q2. Will you send me junk?
We NEVER, EVER send spam, marketing emails or pass on your details to third parties. Anytime we have a project we think might interest you we will contact you via the details you gave us. And you can cancel your membership at any time or call us directly with any questions.
Q3. I’ve signed up to Soup. What now?
Soon you'll receive our enewsletter with general soup news. Then, when a project comes up which fits your interests, we’ll email you. It’s important to note this may not be for some time because, while we’re always starting new projects, many may not be of interest to you – e.g. we wouldn’t ask you to get involved in a new baby product if you don’t have kids. Rest assured, with so many projects each year, most of our Soupers have their voice heard.
Q4. I joined Soup and I haven’t heard from you since. Why would that be?
More often than not it’s spam filters which may have prevented our emails from reaching you, so check your junk and spam folders first. To stop this happening in future make sure you add Soup to your safe senders list. Just click on this link and follow the instructions.
